Agent-Led Strategy is built by Jean-Philippe LeBlanc, SVP of Engineering at CircleCI and an engineering leader, founder, and product builder working at the intersection of AI, software, and creativity.

The perspective behind Agent-Led Growth comes from years of building and scaling software delivery infrastructure at CircleCI, where the mechanics of how teams ship, measure, and iterate are the product itself. That vantage point made the structural ceiling of closed growth systems visible early.

Agent-Led Strategy is a sandbox for experimenting with the growth motions described in the book Agent-Led Growth. It exposes the same primitives (outcome contracts, scoped permissions, immutable event logs, operator trust levels, programmable payouts) in a controlled environment where agents can run real loops against real data.

This is proof of concept, not proof of scale.
